Mirjana’s and my family became friends when they moved from Germany to Makarska. She was 3 and I was 7. Her older sister Ana and I were closest friends, classmates, neighbors and much more than that. She was a child prodigy, today she’s a woman prodigy. Miki inspires everyone who knows how it’s to fight so damn hard in life over and over, “the perseverance personified”.
